ActivScout - Social Network app for iPhone and iPad

ActivScout is a Social Network specifically designed for racquet sports. Our first target will be the Squash playing community. The vision for the app is to work with clubs, players, associations, and booking system partners to enable the growth of the sport of squash through enhanced communication.
ActivScout has three central features.
ActivScout provides club members with a chat tool that recognizes the need for easy communication between club members while respecting their privacy.
ActivScout partners with existing booking systems to facilitate court booking.
ActivScout integrates with an individuals Google, or iCal availability calendar to understand each players availability
By combining chat, booking, and personal availability, ActivScout eliminates the friction associated with the organization of games between players. This is especially valuable for new player or members of a club, doubles, and the easy formation of regular or impromptu social round robins. ActivScout optimizes gatherings for continuous play in groupings of 8 or 16 as an example.
By connecting every member or every club within a geographic region regardless of their booking system, ActivScout has an opportunity to create a rich and robust growing sports community dedicated to optimizing for new player participation.
